Welcome to love and life !

I love writing but my concerns may vary a lot. I was well into fitness & health, business studies, home & living, food, movies, manga & anime, travel and a whole lot of self improvement and talks about valuing life. I enjoy cooking and baking as much as i does writing.
One of the main reason I got this blog set up is because I love writing poems and articles about love, relationship and matters pertaining the heart. Love is such a general idea that .. (More)

Too Shy to Get A Date? Loose It With This Tips

Excessive shyness can be detrimental to a person’s social life. In so many ways, it can deteriorate a person’s potential, confidence and self-esteem. Shyness can be a natural attribute of a person and it can also be accumulated over time due to many contributive reasons such as upbringing and life experiences.

However, what I want to bring forth today is a specific issue of shyness. Some guys find it hard to even talk to girls due to their extreme shyness. Much less of when you’re trying to talk them out for a date! But, there’s nothing much to worry really. Being shy when it comes to love isn’t something abnormal. As a matter of fact, it’s absolutely common. It just happens when you are actually thinking of how the counterpart will react or how you are going to cope if you’re being rejected.

Recurring failure of trying to get a date with your dream girl or guy can be frustrating. It will be more frustrating when it happens due to your shyness (which sometimes even leads to some embarrassing moments). However, not all these are the reasons for you to give up just like that. You’ve got to get the strategy right to get your problems solved.

Don’t rush it. You might consider being friends first. Most abrupt relationship ends just as abruptly, and sometimes we thought we knew the person too much when the fact is that we know nothing at all. If  he / she’s a friend of a friend of yours, or maybe your classmates or office mates, you might as well get off those ‘I’m so shy’ mask of yours and start a simple conversation we her, just make sure you don’t sound to corny.

When you’ve become friends, then you should get on the next step. Too shy to say it out loud? A romantic and decorative writings won’t hurt your pride. Sometimes, it can even be flattering. Make it simple yet polite, sweet but nothing corny or mushy. In other words, just don’t overdo it, restrain yourself from overdoing it. You can perhaps plan a nice and cool party where you can invite other few friends over, but make her the special card and as the personal guest.

Whatever you do, first thing first - cultivate your confidence and get comfortable with yourself. If she can’t accept you for who you are you’ll be either a hopeless love fool or most probably ends up as her personal assistant instead. Ouch!
